On track for warmest December in CLE

Believe it or not, we're on track for one of the warmest Decembers on record in Cleveland.

Usually this time of year, the outdoor skate park in Lakewood is covered in snow and ice.

On Tuesday, the first full day of winter, it was full of skateboarders.

This time last year, the temperature was hovering around 44 degrees -- not bad, but also not typical.

The average is a high of 36 and a low of 24 degrees.

Tuesday, Cleveland hit a high of 57 degrees and you can probably forget about a white Christmas -- a high of 52 and rain is forecasted.

But, it's Northeast Ohio, so listen to the guy walking around downtown Lakewood in just a T-shirt.

"One day its snowing and next day, you're grilling outside with no shirt," He said. "That's how it's always been."
