The Cuyahoga County Sheriff conducted an off-road traffic stop early Monday morning downtown.
The sheriff stopped a woman who was found driving on the sidewalk along St. Clair Avenue near Ontario Street.
The woman's car was stopped by the David's restaurant at the Marriott. See pictures of the incident below.
