A Cleveland child care worker has been indicted for endangering children after police said she struck a 2-year-old with a back scratcher.
Melissa Tate, 49, of Cleveland, was working at the Cedar Early Learning Center on Cedar Avenue in Cleveland when the alleged incident occurred.
The incident happened on Oct. 14, 2015.
