CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating the death of a 1-year-old girl.
The incident happened on Kinsman Avenue.
An EMS supervisor said the child was pronounced dead when they arrived.
The cause of her death is unknown.
Cleveland police respond on all child fatalities.
Police have given no indication that there has been foul play.
