As we head into the last day of the Republican National Convention, thousands of visitors are still looking for places to go and things to see.
Destination Cleveland is working to answer those questions. In fact, the destination marketing organization launched a social media campaign designed to answer the questions in real time.
Destination Cleveland told Reporter Meg Shaw that they are very pleased with the feedback they have received so far on social media. Many visitors are letting them know they are shocked about the city of Cleveland.
Visitors in town for the RNC told the organization they're seeing things in the city they didn't expect. Signs with special hashtags were put up around the city to help visitors and delegates. The hashtags allow them to interact and ask questions on social media, which are being monitored by a group of people.
The hashtags help visitors find places to eat, how to get to where they want to go, and more. And, they're receiving answers in minutes.
