Cleveland Public Power said a cable fault and a blown fuse were to blame for sporadic street light outages and flashing streets in downtown Cleveland early Wednesday morning, as well as an another outage that happened on Sunday.
In the video above, our crews found traffic lights and street lights flashing on and off while moving down Euclid Avenue.
Since, the lights on Euclid have been restored. However, Cleveland police tweeted that the issue is not over.
Multiple traffic lights out along E. 9th Street. Expect delays.

Lights were also seen flashing near Progressive Field, along Prospect Avenue, and on Superior Avenue.
Cleveland Public Power trucks were seen in the area checking on the lights.
