Video from an unsolved hit-skip case in Cleveland clearly shows the suspect stopping her car near the scene for more than a minute before driving away.
The video also shows the victim was clearly in the crosswalk when she was hit by the suspect.
Cleveland police report the driver struck 31-year-old Tina M. Lowe while she was crossing Fulton Road on Tuesday at 2:45 p.m., leaving her with severe injuries.
According to police, the suspect's maroon Chrysler LHS turned off Clark Avenue onto Fulton Road, striking Lowe.
The driver then pulled into a nearby Marathon gas station, observed the scene while standing next to a gasoline pump and then drove away.
The license plate of the car was hidden by snow but the driver was described as a white female with light hair.
