A warrant has been issued by the City of Cleveland Municipal Court for the arrest of a corrections officer who allegedly assaulted an inmate.
According to the court, Jose A. Quinones, 42, injured Dennis Kosch, who was handcuffed, by hitting him on the left side of his head with his hand before taking him from Cuyahoga County 120 Holding to the Cleveland House of Corrections.
An arraignment hearing for Quinones is scheduled for May 31 in Cleveland Municipal Court.
