All the single ladies may want to carpool around Downtown Cleveland Wednesday night.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are coming to town and they're throwing a wrench in the parking situation.

Cleveland police announced the following parking restrictions:

4 p.m. to 1 a.m.

  • E. 9th Street from Route 2 to Carnegie Street on both sides
  • Lakeside Avenue from E. 9th Street to W. 6th Street on both sides
  • W. 3rd Street from Erieside to West Superior on both sides

3 p.m. to 1 a.m.

  • Erieside from E. 9th Street around FirstEnergy Stadium to W. 3rd Street on both sides

Police ask that all pickups after the concert take place on Lakeside Avenue between E. 9th and W. 3rd Streets. As the concert is letting out, E. 9th and W. 3rd will be closed at Lakeside. Police said no one will be allowed to wait outside on the streets around FirstEnergy Stadium at the end of the concert.
