Cleveland police are investigating after a 31-year-old woman was found dead inside a vacant home on Friday.
The discovery was made around 5:15 p.m. at a house in the 6000 block of Hillman Avenue, which sits right near the Slavic Village neighborhood.
According to investigators, the victim had trauma to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Preliminary information shows she was located by her children's father. She was also said to be living in the vacant house. Her kids were staying with relatives due to both of the parents chemical dependency.
No arrests have been made.
