CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio — A Cuyahoga County Jail corporal was assaulted by an inmate on Monday, according to a spokesperson for the county.
The corporal was transported to Metro Hospital in unknown condition.
According to a county spokesperson, the inmate has been segregated while an investigation is underway.
No other injuries were reported.
