CLEVELAND — Several activist groups will march and rally on Tuesday to protest the conditions at the Cuyahoga County Jail.

Coalition to Stop the Inhumanity at the Cuyahoga County Jail, Ohio Student Association, and Color of Change will march from Public Square to the Justice Center.

The groups will hold a news conference following the march ahead of the Criminal Justice Council Meeting.
