Ohio's heroin epidemic turned deadly once again this weekend.
Cleveland Police reported a total of 13 opiate-related overdose calls in Cleveland since Friday. Three resulted in death.
Heroin Help gets at least a dozen calls a day, and so far, they've helped more than 80 people get into treatment centers.
