A 6-year-old girl is recovering from injuries after she was attacked by a neighbor's pit bull.
""He pushed his head and got his body into the gate" Harmony Phillips recounted.
Police say the dog bit Harmony and dragged her down a driveway near her home on Arbor Avenue in Cleveland Monday.

" They were back here playing basketball.. and I don't know the dogs were barking at them" said Harmony's mother Lavita Lipscomb. The pit bull went underneath a fence and into a neighbor's yard where it bit Harmony Phillips on her cheek, shoulder and leg.

The dog was impounded by the City of Cleveland Animal Care & Control.
The girl's mother, Lavita Lipscomb, wants authorities to press charges against the dog's owner. "They could've had them restrained better than they did" said Lipscomb.
Two other dogs were seized from the property because of illegal tethering.
