$3M bond for Chagrin Falls shooting suspect

The man accused of shooting and killing two women at a Chagrin Falls assisted living center last month appeared in court Wednesday.

Frank Staton, 56, was assigned $3 million bond.

Police say Staton shot and killed 58-year-old Catherine Sutter of Burton and 58-year-old Terri Treadway of Chardon at Hamlet Village in Chagrin Falls.

According to police, Staton was a chef at the facility. Sutter and Burton were both part of the cleaning crew.

Staton is facing charges of aggravated murder, murder, and felonious assault.
