CLEVELAND — A Cleveland man was arrested on Friday for allegedly threatening to kill his neighbors and using racial slurs.
Gary Wilke, 41, is charged with ethnic intimidation, a fifth-degree felony.
According to court documents, Wilke, who is white, is accused of threatening his neighbors at his West 100th Street home in Cleveland over the course of three days.
Wilke called his black neighbor and his neighbor's white girlfriend racial slurs, according to court documents.
Wilke also threatened to kill his neighbor and made a reference to shooting him while showing his gun.
Wilke's next court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 30 at 10:00 a.m., according to court records.
