ROCKY RIVER, Ohio — Rocky River police arrested a man who is accused of stealing $245 from Giant Eagle.
Police said Giant Eagle called them Wednesday shortly after 8:30 p.m. saying a man concealed several steaks and left the store without paying for them.
Mark Donovan, 49, was arrested for theft and criminal trespassing.
Donovan was also wanted by the North Olmsted Police Department.
