Cleveland officers showed their physical fitness over the weekend and played sports with kids.
Fourth district officers tossed around a football and talked about, sports and school with three boys in the front lawn of their grandparents' house, according to the Cleveland Patrolmen's Association Facebook page.
The photos and pictures were posted by Vanessa Cleveland. The patrolmen's page shared the post. It has received more than 80 likes.
Cleveland wrote she was at her parents' house when she saw two officers approach the three boys in the yard.
"I ran out to see what happen and the officers said 'we just came to play some football,'" Cleveland said. "They introduced themselves very respectfully and spend some time with the kids talking about sports, school and push ups lol. I am happy and thankful that my kids were able to see officers in a positive light with everything that is going on in the world today."
