CLEVELAND — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force has now joined the hunt for Joanna Vega and Romaine Tolbert.

The two face a list of charges including murder, assault and kidnapping in connection with the death of Vega's godson, 4-year-old Eliazar Ruiz.

“We’re not going to give up,” said Interim Assistant Chief United States Marshal Service, Brian Fitzgibbon.
