A crash on Interstate 480 westbound at Transportation Blvd caused major delays on Thursday.
Traffic was backed up all the way to Warrensville Center Road.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, two commercial vehicles were involved in the crash.
Emergency vehicles were blocking the right three lanes. Only the left lane was open.
All lanes reopened by 11:30 a.m.
