MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio — A dog is recovering after being found at a Middleburg Heights cemetery, tied to a garbage can.
The dog was found on Sunday by a couple visiting a family member at the Woodvale Cemetery.
It is unknown how long the dog was tied to the garbage can, but it does have medical issues.
The dog is currently at Community Vet.
