A supervisor at a local McDonalds did not have a happy holiday after having her laptop stolen while on the job.

Mary Mazzurco was at the McDonalds on Chagrin Boulevard in Woodmere, working as a supervisor on a busy holiday.

During a quick trip behind the serving counter, Mazzurco said she left her bag unattended for a few minutes.

A few minutes too long for one patron, who was seen on security footage approaching the bag, but then quickly walking away. After a pause, the patron turned back around, approached the bag for the second time and grabbed a Dell laptop from a book bag.

Mazzurco said the laptop is a work computer. She did not notice it was missing until leaving the Woodmere location.

The suspect is seen on security footage leaving the restaurant with the laptop in the waist of his pants.

The incident occurred at 12:44 p.m. The Woodmere Police Department are investigating the incident and is asking anyone with information to come forward.
