Lavelle C. Tucker and Tyshawn Shepard were indicted on Friday for their escape from the Oriana House earlier this month, the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas reported.

According to the indictment, Tucker and Shepard were both indicted on one count of escape and one count of criminal damaging or endangering.

The Oriana House, which operates the CBCF, said Tucker and Shepard escaped through a window that was broken from the inside by a pool table ball. The ball was reportedly sneaked into the dorm from the common area of the CBCF.
