Cleveland police responded to shots fired on the city's east side Wednesday evening.
Around 11:40 p.m., police responded to the 3000 block of Woodhill Road.
The victim, 36, was discovered in his idling vehicle with a gunshot wound to the head.
The scene stretched from Parkview Avenue to Stroughton Avenue along Woodhill Road—spanning nearly three blocks.
Shell casing were spotted everywhere on Woodhill Road.
The victim was somewhere east of Woodhill Road between Lamontier and Sophia Avenues.
Cleveland police towed two cars from the area.
Police have not made any arrests.
