A Euclid man took customer complaining to another level after he allegedly threatened to shoot employees at a Steak 'n Shake for not making his sandwich properly.

Police say 20-year-old Dearyus Arki Menefield stormed into a restricted area of the kitchen yelling that he had a gun and was going to shoot someone.

Several customers ran outside in fear, adding to the commotion inside the restaurant, according to police.

Menefield did not brandish a gun while he was yelling at the employees.

When officers responded to the scene, officers attempted to talk to Menefield but he was 'extremely uncooperative,' according to the police report.

Officers patted down Menefield but didn't find a weapon.

Menefield told officers that he ordered a sandwich but wasn't satisfied with the way it tasted. When he took his sandwich apart, he observed that the egg was runny and not completely cooked.

He believed to be something it to be slimy so he showed it to his co-worker that said it looked like spit, which prompted him to go in the kitchen and yell at the employees.

Menefield denied that he threatened to shoot anyone, despite several patrons and Steak 'n Shake employees saying otherwise.

Police arrested him for aggravated menacing and he was taken to South Euclid Jail.
