A man was arrested after taking photos of female shoppers at the Nordstrom Rack in Westlake.
Evan Martin, 25, had previously been banned from the store for similar behavior. He was confronted by staff and fled the scene, later turning himself in to Westlake police.
According to police, Martin was identified through the license plates on his car.
When he turned himself in, his cell phone, tablet and laptop computer were seized from his car and will be forensically examined. A laptop owned by Martin was later turned into Westlake Police Department, which the police are seeking a warrant to examine.
Martin was charged with trespassing and pandering obscenity. He is out on bond pending action by the grand jury.
