Authorities are looking for 21-year-old Natalie Perez who was last seen on earlier this week at her home in Garfield Heights.
Police said the woman left her home on Blythin Road around 2 p.m. after an argument.
Perez is known to suffer from schizophrenia and is bi-polar and has not been taking her medication, police said.
The woman is described as standing about 4-foot-11 inches tall with curly black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light grey sweater, light colored jeans with holes and black shoes. Perez was also carrying a large black purse with yellow and green lettering.
Perez’s family has attempted to contact her via social media and family said she left without her phone or money.
