A man was arrested and charged with child enticement after allegedly trying to grab children in Cleveland Monday night.
Cleveland police arrested James J. Borzon, Jr., who they said appeared to be intoxicated. They found him at 3106 Natchez Avenue.
Officers responded to 3800 Cecilia Avenue where the suspect was reported talking with three girls at around 4:30 p.m. The girls were 5, 7 and 14 years old.
The suspect was told to leave the area, but he came back at around 7:45 p.m. and talked to the girls again, according to authorities. A witness reportedly saw him trying to grab one of them, Cleveland police stated.
