Protesters were outside the North Pointe Apartments Thursday, the same day the management team was in court for the unfit conditions residents in the apartments are forced to live in.
The pretrial hearing was held in Euclid Municipal Court.
Euclid officials say it appears the management at North Pointe is continuing to make progress on the rat and garbage issues.
North Pointe asked for trial to be postponed, The next court date is set for September 14.
