CLEVELAND — Progressive Insurance announced Tuesday it plans to hire 1,500 new employees in the Cleveland area as part of 8,000 people being hired nationwide throughout 2020, according to a release from Progressive.
Named by Fortune as one of the best 100 companies to work for in the country, Progressive plans to hire 1,500 new employees for a variety of positions, which include customer sales, service, multi-product sales, claims representatives, marketing, legal, IT, business analysis, among others.
Progressive offers flexible work arrangements, including working from home and compressed work weeks. There’s also performance bonuses, casual dress code, fitness centers at select locations and four weeks of paid leave for parents.
