An 11-year-old boy was injured by a falling tree at an Elyria elementary school.
The child was taken to a local hospital to be treated for serious injuries after a fell on him at Ely Elementary School, according to emergency and Elyria School District officials.
The boy is a student at Northwood Junior High. He complained of neck injuries after a branch fell on him, Elyria police said.
It is unknown the extent of boy's injuries.
