A Cleveland city councilman plans on Monday to honor the "four young men" who found Natalie Perez's body in an abandoned house on April 30.
Perez had been missing around a month when a group of teenagers found her body in an East 143rd Street residence.
Councilman Zack Reed is scheduled to present the teenagers with a scroll before city council.
"When you see something, say something" Reed said, "No babies should find dead bodies lying in their neighborhood."
