LAKEWOOD, Ohio — Lakewood High School held its 20th annual boat regatta on Thursday. More than 140 junior and senior students had to construct a boat using only duct tape and cardboard. Two students have to paddle the boat across the high school's pool. According to physics teacher David Hille, only 50% make it across.
