A Euclid man's wife and three children are facing murder charges for allegedly contributing to their father's death by neglecting to care for him.
According to court documents, Richard Brichacek was found dead at a home on Fullerwood Drive on December 12, 2015.
Police determined that neglect from four of Brichacek's family members contributed to his death.
According to an indictment against his wife--Debora--and his three children--Wendi, Debbi and Brian--Richard was 'funcitonally impaired' and unable to care for himself.
Wendi, Debora, Brian and Debbi were indicted Tuesday on charges of murder, kidnapping, involuntary manslaughter, failing to provide for a functionally impaired person and felonious assault.
