Taylor Road Synagogue says someone broke two windows of its building over the weekend.
A spokesperson for the Orthodox Jewish synagogue does not know if they were targeted or if someone was trying to break in.
"It's very hurtful," said Vladamir Victor, president of the synagogue. "You pray that this type of things don't happen anywhere."
Victor says the glass is thick and doesn't easily shatter.
"The frame is bent. The glass may not fit back," he said.
The Taylor Road Synagogue is in the process of mounting surveillance cameras to caputure future crimes and other suspicious activities.
