Authorities are looking for a disgruntled restaurant customer accused of slapping an employee at a drive-through window in Perkins Township.

The incident happened at McDonald's, 908 West Perkins Avenue, Sandusky.

According to police, the customer became irate while waiting in the drive-thru line for his food. An employee gave the man part of his order and asked him to pull forward to wait for the rest of his food. Police said the man continued to yell at the employee who walked the food out to his car.

About an hour later the man returned to the restaurant, parked his car in the drive-through and started yelling at employees through the window. The man then reached inside and slapped an employee, knocking her headset off her.

The worker was taken to a nearby hospital after complaining of neck pain.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Officer Parente at 419-627-0824 ext. 6053.
