Cuyahoga County Sheriff Deputy Matthew Bilak was arrested sometime late Thursday night or early Friday morning and charged with OVI and improper transport of a firearm, according to Bainbridge Township Police.
Employees of the Greenville Inn called police when they noticed Bilak was allegedly having problems operating his motorcycle.
Police report Bilak also had his gun on him.
Bilak is scheduled for a court appearance in Chardon Municipal Court Monday.
