MENTOR — The City of Mentor is asking residents to fill out surveys to let officials know what local activities they enjoy so it has an idea on how to spend money from the Community Development Block Grant program.

“The City is currently gathering opinions and data to produce the three-year CDBG Consolidated Plan, which will guide the use of CDBG funds in the upcoming five-year cycle,” officials said.

The city is looking at things to put the grant towards like housing and homelessness services, social services, economic development and public and community facility improvements.

There are two surveys. You can download them here and here. The surveys include instructions on how to return them to the city.
