EASTLAKE, Ohio — A female driver was issued a littering citation for throwing her speeding ticket out of the window.
Eastlake police said an officer pulled over a female driver for going 40 mph in a 25 mph zone.
She was issued a citation for speeding but crumpled up the ticket and threw it out her window while driving away as the officer returned to his cruiser.
The officer retrieved the ticket and wrote an additional citation for littering from a moving vehicle.
