The Eastlake Fire Department is investigating a house fire it said was caused by a lightning strike.
The house on St. Lawrence Boulevard began burning at 2 p.m. on Saturday. The road was closed off while firefighters battled the blaze. It was reopened at 5:30 p.m.
Fire investigators said there were reports of lightning in the area when the fire started.
No injuries were reported.
