Police said that a woman spit blood and bodily fluid into an officer's eye while he was arresting her.

Micaela Wooten, 20, was arrested at a home in Eastlake after a laundromat reported to police that a man and a woman had caused a disturbance and threatened staff.

The two left the laundromat before police arrived, but police spotted a couple matching their descriptions walking on E. 343rd Street. The two quickly entered a home and locked the door.

Then, police said, they opened a window and taunted police. The officers recognized Wooster and found out that she had two warrants out for her arrest.

Police entered the home and police said Wooster was struck by the door "as she was attempting to hinder he arrest."

As she was arrested, she spit bodily fluid and blood into one officer's eye.

Wooster was charged with harassment by an inmate, misdemeanor menacing and underage consumption. She is being held on a $50,000 bond.

The man with her was charged with misdemeanor obstruction of justice.
