Geno McKenna faces a list of charges after having several run-ins with Eastlake Police on the same day.

The first incident happened around 1 p.m. Saturday afternoon, police said. McKenna, 52, allegedly hit a car and took off when the driver of the other car has it equipped with a camera.

It captured the vehicle, plate number and partial view of the other driver's face. Eastlake Police Officers went to McKenna's house. Police said he refused to open the door so per department policy, his Jeep was towed as evidence.

A short time later, police said McKenna called the department and demanded his Jeep back. He was verbally abusive and was shouting profanity at dispatchers police said. "He denied being involved in it," said Det. Lt. Robert Gonzalez.

A little after 4 p.m. the same day, police were called for a man who fell off his motorcycle near the entrance to the city hall complex. The man was gone but witnesses told police he was intoxicated and provided details about his direction of travel.

"There was a short pursuit before he finally stopped and we took him into custody," said Gonzalez.

He was arrested and charged. McKenna is due back in court later this month.
