Supporters for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump have opened a campaign office in Lorain, according to United Property Management.
UPM said the supporters rented a store front property at 435 W. 4th St. in Downtown Commons. The plaza was once called Meridian Plaza, but was changed to Downtown Commons 10 years ago.
Meridian Plaza owner Jon Veard told The Morning Journal the group rented the space for six months. Veard said he told them Lorain was full of Democrats, but they didn't seem to mind.
