The Northern Ohio Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of fugitive Albine Cannon.
Cannon is wanted for murder from December 10, 2016 by the U.S. Marshals Service and Lorain Police Department.
According to police, Cannon allegedly shot a man inside a Shore Drive apartment. After the shooting, Cannon went to Elyria Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the right arm. He was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland and left the hospital. He is currently on the run.
Cannon is a 37-year-old black male standing at approximately 5’11” and weighs 175 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and also goes by the name "Pooky." Cannon has a grim reaper tattoo on his right forearm and is believed to be hiding somewhere around Cleveland.
