Questions about Johnny Manziel's whereabouts last weekend continue as the Browns quarterback has yet to address reports that he was partying in Las Vegas in disguise.
newsnet5.com went back to his Avon home for a second time to try to talk to him. On Tuesday, a friend answered his door to say he was unavailable. On Wednesday, Manziel's high school friend said he was house-sitting while Manziel was somewhere in town. He said he did not know where nor did he know whether Manziel was in Vegas over the weekend. Our crew heard guys' voices inside as they approached the entryway earlier in the day. But when they knocked, they got silent inside. No one answered the door.
Manziel did not return our phone call or text message. His agent and marketing firm, LRMR, did not return our calls either.
A spokesperson for the Browns confirmed that Manziel missed his 9 am treatment meeting Sunday in Berea for his concussion. They would not say whether he was in Vegas.
Sources told ESPN Las Vegas was spotted in a Vegas casino Saturday night. He was reportedly dressed in a blond wig, wearing a mustache and going by the name "Billy."
