According to the autopsy report, Bryon Macron, 45, was stabbed in the neck, shoulder and forearm.

When he was found in the lake, he was fully clothed and his body was decomposing. The autopsy was conducted by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office.

Macron had been missing since December when his body was found. He was last seen at a social function with co-workers.

Blood was later found in his office, where investigators said it appeared there had been an altercation. Blood was also found in his car, which was discovered abandoned by Chippewa Lake.
