A Brunswick city councilman is accused of stealing from a museum.
According to police, Brian Ousley was observed taking potted plants from outside the Museum of Natural History in University Circle and placing them in his car at 3:53 p.m. on August 31.
Ousley appeared in Cleveland Municipal Court Thursday morning where he pleaded not guilty.
