"You killed your brother and sister?" the dispatcher asked.

"Yes ma'am, I'm going away for life."

Simms, 42, was later arrested in connection with the murders of 52-year-old Cindy Gesaman and 45-year-old Randy Szychowicz.

He told the police dispatcher that he killed his siblings using a shotgun after "a lifetime of headache."

Simms several times told the dispatcher that what he was saying was "fact" and that it was not a joke.

He appeared in court on Monday to face two counts of aggravated murder and is being held on $10 million bond.
