The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a one-man fatal car crash that occurred on April 23 at around 5:20 a.m.
Nickolas Williams,22, was driving a 2016 Ford Escape when he crossed over the center line on Moff Road and crash into a tree and a ditch.
The vehicle hit an above-ground oil pipeline access valve, causing excessive oil leakage.
Williams, of Deerfield, died as a result of his injuries sustained during the crash.
Alcohol and speed are believed to be a factor in the crash, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
