Police: Stop calling drug dealer's phone

Posted

Alliance police are asking drug users in the area to stop calling an alleged dealer's phone.

"It's really annoying," police wrote on their department Facebook page Tuesday evening.

According to police, Steve Notman was caught selling crystal meth in Alliance.

During his arrest, officers took his phone. Now police are getting text messages from people in the area, requesting his drug selling services, authorities say.

"First of all, he is all out of drugs for tonight," police continued on the department's Facebook page. "Secondly you don’t need to call – we will come to you soon enough. Oh, and his ringtone is terrible! Thank you so much for your patience."
